The MEGAFRUIT DIP RECIPE
!!!
(working title--I know the name sucks give me a better one!)

You will need!:
  • a stand mixer or hand mixer (or biceps of steel and a spoon of steel, respectively)
  • 1 16 oz container of Marshmallow fluff
  • 1 8 oz container of cream cheese, strawberry flavored
  • fresh fruit to dip into this wonderful creation (strawberries are besssst so that's what I'm usingggg

WASH YOUR BERRIES!!!

Damn you threads!!

Have you ever eaten strawberry threads? Have you ever HEARD of strawberry threads? Apparently Google hasn't!

Yes, that's a mermaid.

I have to guess at this since there is no way to search the words strawberry threads without coming up on some clothing line.

Wash your DANG BERRIES

Some farm grown strawberries will have little clear threads on them. I have no idea why, but I do have an opinion! Word on the street is strawberries are called strawberries because farmers lay straw down underneath the plants to keep the berries from getting gross. Maybe these mystical threads are used in that same way! Maybe it's witchcraft!

Either way, wash your berries and pick off threads if you find any!

Nice and clean!

Get your mixer all set up with the paddle attachment, it's time to do some damage!

Add it up, yo

STOP READING THIS PAY ATTENTION WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU

Add the entire 8oz of strawberry cream cheese to the bowl. If you do not listen to me at this very important point you will be very sorry. Your dip will be chunky and WEIRD and none of your friends will ever talk to you again!

Lookin' good

Turn your mixer on about medium speed and mix the cream cheese for two minutes, or until very smooth. If you have weird extra cold cream cheese it might take a little longer.

Yeah, that's a wizard..

Now add a little over half of the marshmallow fluff (about a 1 1/4 cup). I know it looks nasty but when you whip that mixer into action....
(or hand mixer..or biceps..Don't use your biceps you will die trying to achieve these results).

Pretty smooth!

You get this super amazing smooth creamy awesome sweet creation! It's super delicious on everything!

I know that rocket is totally gross looking
but I forgot to add another layer in photoshop and I drew on
the hard copy of the photograph so it's there forever now!

From strawberries...

Omg the humanity

To FEET!

I'm just kidding I dropped it by accident and that is super gross. : (

  2. Those look like misplaced corn silks...not strawberry threads

  3. I'd agree with you but they're almost like thin filaments, like synthetic plasticy threads. They're very breakable, too. Also corn isn't in season at the same time, and they are way thicker than these...They're nearly as thin as spider threads!
